Refund Policy

At Sundie Software, we are committed to delivering high-quality work. Please review our refund policy carefully before engaging in our services:
1. Nature of Digital Services (Non-Refundable) Due to the custom nature of software development services and intangible digital products, all payments made are final and non-refundable. We cannot recover the time and intellectual effort invested once the work has commenced.
2. Down Payment The Down Payment (DP) is required to secure our development team's time slot and resources for your project. Therefore, the Down Payment is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
3. Project Cancellation If you choose to cancel the project midway:
Any funds already paid will not be returned.
You are not obligated to pay for future milestones, but all work will cease immediately.
Ownership of any code or designs that have not been fully paid for remains with Sundie Software.
4. Quality Assurance Mechanism We operate on a milestone-based payment structure. You will have the opportunity to review the work at each stage before proceeding with the next payment. Proceeding with a payment is considered acceptance of the work quality from the previous stage.
